I would like to use two of your fruit cake mixes to make a larger cake using a
22cm tin. How long would I have to cook for? Also I have a fan forced oven so do I bake the cake at 160deg instead at 180deg as stated on the packet?
I would like a reply asap as I intend to make the cake today if possible. Will this cake stay moist until christmas?

Your Fruit cake mix is fantastic. Could you please let me know how to turn it into an even better Xmas cake. Having tried most gf fruit cake recipies that taste dreadful I cannot believe that a simple cake mix has turned into a cake I can offer my non Ceoliac friends, confident they cannot tell the difference.

    Hi Carol,

Thankyou so much for you kind words. We have worked very hard to achieve the texture and taste of the fruit cake. If you think the fruit cake is delicious, You should try the chocolate ripple and the pancake mix!!!.

Vitariums Chrismas Cake Mix was voted the BEST Christmas cake ever and I have been making christmas cakes for many years This is the first christmas I have been GF so I was feeling Chrismas cooking was going to be horrible. I found your Chrismas Cake Mix at the GF show and was surprised at how DELICIOUS & MOIST it was. The cake was enjoyed by all . Three cheers for your chefs
